The BIG Money - Apartment Complex Reviews

The next company that I am going to share with you pays quite well but you absolutely will have to work hard and capture all the details of your mystery shop accurately to complete a property review. Ellis Partners in Mystery Shopping, or EPMS, brags on their web site that "For over twenty years, Ellis has been offering the most comprehensive and accurate shopping report available."

Well, they aren't kidding! I have done about a dozen shops for Ellis and they are time consuming. Typically you have to call the property before visiting. You input this data into your mystery shopping report before you go and visit the property. You will have to give your real contact information to the apartment complex because:
1. The copy your ID before they show you a unit.
2. The complex is graded on how and if they follow up with after you have completed the shop.

Since you will have given your identity to the apartment complex you are unable to shop the same complex more than one time in a 12 month period of time.

If you want to see what a shop for Ellis is like you can see a sample of a mystery shop report, listen to an audio shop, and also watch a video of a video recorded shop by clicking here http://www.epmsonline.com/Mystery_Shopping.htm.

I would totally use these guys if I didn't already own a condo. Thanks for the reference to an apartment mystery shopping company. Happy mystery shopping.

Hi! I just filled out an application for Ellis and signed their agreement consent form to become a mystery shopper as an independent contractor. I am really concerned that they asked for my SSN. I guess I should have thought about that before I gave it to them! Why do they need it? Should I be concerned?
I just started reviewing mystery shopping and I find your list very helpful! I have not done any shops yet, but, I see a company you listed, BestMark, that might be a good fit for me! I do work out of my home for several online survey companies to supplement my social security income. My apartment property manager referred me to Ellis because she said they pay pretty good. The survey work is ok, but, you have to sign up with alot of them to make a decent amount of money! Thank you so much for sharing this information. It is hard to know who to trust on the internet! Your list is very insightful and gives me the reviews that I need to make an informed decision!
